ORDERS
All quilts are made to order in our workshop. We will ship your order within 2-4 weeks of the order date. Please allow 3-5 business days for shipping. Shipping is free for all USA retail orders.
We love custom orders! We can create a unique quilt for you from any of the colors in our palette. Send us a message with the pattern you like and your desired colors, then we will work with you to make something beautiful and special. We will need at least 4-6 weeks to complete your custom order.

GIFT SHIPPING
If your purchase is a gift, we can ship directly to the recipient. Please add a note to your order stating that it is a gift, and include the recipient's address.
All quilts are packaged in a FIRST SHELTER cotton storage bag, then wrapped in tissue and yarn, then placed in a polybag for protection during shipping.
RETURNS & DAMAGES
Your happiness is our highest priority. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days for a refund or store credit on quilts still in original condition. If your quilt is damaged in shipping, please contact us and we will repair or replace it as soon as possible.
